The young man in the shoe department was polite and extremely helpful. Sorry I can't remember your name but I did know it when I shared my experience with the store manager. There was a woman associate who went above and beyond to help me look for a leather dress I had misplaced in the store. She was still pleasant when we discovered it was too small. Every person I encountered was very attentive and customer caring. Purchased boots and shoes at great prices.

The line in the shoe department is very frustrating because it is also the customer pick up area. I was pretty grumpy from standing in the long line but Donovan was so very helpfu and kind that I left the store with a smile on my face. Customer service is a lost art nowadays, this young man definitely has the natural skill! Great job Donovan, thank you for your help during the busy Christmas season!

It will be a cold day in hell before I willingly step foot in this store again. Don’t bring your online returns, it’s apparently a “hassle” for them, just pay to ship it back and save yourself the trouble. There was an older lady with short hair and glasses at the customer service desk nearest the shoe department whom I’ve dealt with a couple of times who has the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a salesperson. She’s extremely impatient, extremely unfriendly, and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. I called and tried to speak to a store manager about her, but the girl who answered the phone pretended to be a manager on duty and didn’t really care to hear anything I had to say. Today was the final straw after several unpleasant experiences I have had everytime I came in. If it’s not for the rude and unfriendly people who work there, it’s for the terrible selection and disorganized chaos of the store itself. Perhaps fittingly I stepped in gum inside the store on my way out today. Drive to North Augusta and go to Belk there or just do what I usually do and exclusively do any Belk shopping online but just pay to ship your returns back so you don’t ever have to step foot in this place.

They have a huge selection but needs to be more organized especially clearance section. It's really hard to find what you are looking for. Employees are nice but they are understaffed or something i always wait for a long time to check out. They left security tag on one of item i purchased one time. Speaking of security tag, i ordered some clothes online just last week. I have received one shirt with security tag attached to it and one incorrect item ... now i have to make my way to store.. they need to pay more attention!
